Preventative Maintenance

Alpine Air Conditioning's knowledgeable staff will be happy to setup a preventative maintenance contract to keep your equipment in tip-top condition for years to come.

There is more to managing indoor air quality than adjusting the thermostat. Controlling and correcting humidity affects comfort and reduces energy costs. Eliminating airborne pollutants such as mites, dust, mold and bacteria is an important health concern. Proper HVAC maintenance will keep your systems operating effectively on these fronts.

We can identify and address most problems before they become large expenses at the most inopportune time. Preventative maintenance lowers overall energy costs because we keep your equipment operating at peak efficiency.

Air Distribution (Duct) Systems

Keeping your air distribution system clean is another critical concern to the overall health of your employees and building air quality.

Eliminating airborne pollutants such as mites, dust, mold and bacteria is an important health concern. It can cause the following:

  1. Unhealthy atmosphere for employees
  2. Employee sickness (lost days)
  3. High remediation cost (disruption of work space)
  4. Lost production time

Proper cleaning & maintenance of the duct system also improves the efficiency of the system by improving air flow through the system.

Proper duct sealing reduces air leakage, optimizing efficiency and controlling entry of pollutants into the building.

Regular Filter Cleaning & Replacement

Most service calls result from the dirty and clogged filters that slow down airflow. We can assist in the maintenance and proper cleaning and replacing of filters to maximize the efficiency of  your heating and cooling systems.

Condensate (Drain) Lines

Cleaning & Treatment - Clogged condensation drain lines can cause water to leak through your ceilings or walls causing mold and harmful pollutants to form leading to costly mediation and affecting the indoor air quality of your building. This can be an important employee health concern. Our cooling inspection includes an inspection and cleaning of these lines ensuring they are functioning properly and avoiding these types of potential damages.

Dirty Coils

A system with dirty coils will use a larger amount of electricity and will cool less effectively. This also places added stress on compressors and can overheat blower motors, causing unnecessary breakdowns and premature equipment failure, not to mention higher utility bills.

Why Schedule Preventative Maintenance?

Regular scheduled preventive maintenance is a proven method of reducing untimely and costly mechanical failures.

  • Guarantee fewer breakdowns
  • Help lower operating costs
  • Keep your equipment operating at top efficiency
  • Protects your investment by prolonging the life of your equipment
  • Lost production days

Alpine Air Conditioning has been our HVAC service company for approximately 25 years. We called them when we were having a lot of HVAC problems and big bills. They advised us to let them perform a thorough preventive maintenance inspection and place the equipment on a scheduled maintenance contract. A lot of our HVAC problems ended and so did the high bills.

Laverty Properties
